Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) “Shelter Week”

The Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) helps families who are seeking permanent housing by giving them shelter and three meals a day through the hospitality of different churches and synagogues.

With the support of Park United Methodist Church’s Mission House, volunteers from St. Cassian Church will be hosting guest families during the week of February 17 through February 24.  Please note that this year, we will not be using the school gym during this host week, but families will be staying in a Mission House in Bloomfield.  As in past years, St. Cassian volunteers will continue to shop for necessary items, prepare meals, volunteer during the day, sleep overnight, and wash the linens at the end of the week.  The parish community has worked together for many years to make this outreach a success.  If you are interested in volunteering during (or to help prepare for) our host week, please sign up using the links below.
